VIP Coffee Hut, LLC ("VIP Coffee Hut", "VIP") operates VIPCoffeeHut.com. VIP respects your privacy and has set forth this Privacy Policy to give notice of our online information practices and the choices you the Member/Guest can make about the way your information is collected and used. This notice may be found at the bottom of all of VIP's main pages. Please also refer to VIP's Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy describes VIP's use and sharing of your Personally Identifiable Information ("PII"). This PII refers to your full name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card information and other PII information deemed necessary that Members/Guests voluntarily provide to VIP upon registration. This Privacy Policy applies to all services and features provided by VIP. VIP services are hosted in Canada.
VIP is a family oriented, general audience site and does not knowingly collect PII from children under the age of 13. This is in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
VIP reserves the right to change/modify this Privacy Policy as it deems necessary. Such changes/modifications shall be effective upon posting by VIP on the VIP website. Your continued use of VIP after such posting signifies your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. Collection/Submission of PII and Non-PII
General:
You voluntarily submit your PII upon registration in order to become a Member/Guest of VIP. VIP will also collect PII from you if you choose to participate in certain VIP Services such as but not limited to VIP Pro Membership, VIP Elite Membership, contests, surveys, and placement of paid advertising because you wish to participate in these services.
VIP also collects other non-PII including IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type. This data is used to manage and improve VIP Services, track usage, and for security purposes.
The Profile Information in a Members/Guests Profile is provided at his or her sole discretion.
VIP Members/Guests may also select to provide or store non-PII information in their Profiles including but not limited to date of birth, interests, hobbies, lifestyle choices, groups with whom they are affiliated (schools, companies), videos and/or pictures, private messages, bulletins or personal statements (collectivity "Profile Information").
VIP Members/Guests can change their Registration PII and Profile Information at any time and can control how other Members/Guests communicate with them by controlling their account settings, available within the "Edit Profile" section of their VIP Profile.
When a Member who is located in the European Union chooses to post Profile Information that will be publicly disclosed, that Member is responsible for ensuring that such information conforms to all local data protection laws. VIP is not responsible under the EU local data protection laws for Member-posted information.
Cookies:
Cookies are small bits of information that VIP places on your computer. VIP uses cookies to identify your internet browser and to store Members/Guests preferences. We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits, and keep track of advertisements and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. Data in cookies may be read to authenticate user sessions or provide services.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the Canadian On-line Privacy Policy and all other applicable laws. We therefore will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
